Philosophy of personal information protection

We, K-tech Co., Ltd., hereby declare that we strongly recognize the importance of personal information that the users of our services entrusted to us or that our employees entrusted its management to us. We also continuously improve the personal information protection management system (hereinafter, the "management system") that we are operating.

Policy on personal information protection

• Upon handling of personal information, we appropriately acquire, use, and provide it within the scope necessary for the business, employment, and personnel management. We take measures to prevent personal information from being used or provided for purposes other than those necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use.
• We comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, governmental guidelines, and other rules.
• We continuously maintain the security system for personal information by utilizing management resources that match the actual business status in order to take reasonable safety measures and prevent risks such as leakage, loss, and damage of personal information. In the unlikely event, we will take corrective action promptly.
• We appoint a person in charge of personal information management with responsibility and authority for the implementation and operation of the management system, and manage it appropriately.
• We will provide appropriate education to all employees who handle personal information, conduct a regular audit and review of the operational status of the management system, and strive for continuous improvement.
• We set up a contact point for inquiries about personal information such as disclosure, correction, deletion, refusal request of use or provision, other complaints, consultation, etc.
